What is not on this wall, and why.

A number goes up when it passes three checks: it is in the record, the owner said yes to being named or it names no one, and it was measured again in the week it is quoted.

  • A count of clients. Never. That number lives in one place and this is not it.
  • "Nobody has cancelled." Not true, so not here.
  • Speed scores for every site we run. They are not all above 85 on every day, so only the ones measured this week are quoted.
  • A client’s advertising returns. Their private numbers, only ever with a written yes.
