Super Intelligence (SI): what the new name means for an Eastern Shore business
Super Intelligence, or SI, is the federal government's new name for artificial intelligence. An executive order signed on September 29, 2026 tells federal agencies to use "Super Intelligence" and "SI" in place of "Artificial Intelligence" and "AI" in their own communications. It does not change any law, it does not apply to private businesses, and the tools a business on the Eastern Shore can use today are the same tools they were the day before. What matters is what the tool does for you: it answers the phone, texts back the caller you missed, and books the job.
